Who is Dalkit? Where are you located?

Dalkit is operated by Leonardo Carlos Pavan LTDA, registered in Brazil. However, we are an Australian-focused brand and the legal party responsible to all Australian customers for fulfillment and consumer guarantees.

Where are Dalkit's clothes sourced from?

We are a fashion curator. Our clothes are sourced directly from trusted international manufacturers and distribution partners located primarily across Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer high-quality, sophisticated clothing without the typical retail markup.

Are all products guaranteed to be in stock?

We strive for 100% stock accuracy. We only list items that we have confirmed are available from our suppliers. In the rare event an item is purchased but becomes simultaneously out of stock, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund, as stated in our Terms of Service.

How do I know the clothes are high quality if they are sourced internationally?

Our model is based on curation. We hand-select pieces based on fabric quality, construction, durability, and timeless style. We cut out the middlemen, not the quality standards.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We start processing orders very quickly. To request a modification or cancellation, please call us immediately at +61 8 9932 5093 during business hours. We cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours from purchase.

What are the delivery times for orders within Australia?

Our total estimated delivery time is 7–14 Business Days (which includes 1-2 days for processing and 6-12 days for transit). This timeframe is due to our efficient international fulfillment model. All details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. All prices are final and inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all import duties. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. We guarantee you will not face any unexpected fees upon delivery.

Is shipping truly free?

Yes, shipping is 100% FREE on all orders, regardless of size or value.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed (within 1-2 business days), you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment from our international hub to your door.

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day "Change of Mind" guarantee from the date of delivery.

What if I change my mind about an item?

You can return the item within 30 days if it is unused, unworn, and in its original, saleable condition with all tags attached. For 'change of mind' returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Are my purchases protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)?

Absolutely. Our policy is fully compliant with the ACL. If an item has a major failure (e.g., faulty or significantly different from the description), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, and Dalkit will cover the return shipping costs.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 10 Business Days back to your original payment method.
